Bosch Active Parking Lot Management (APLM) is a smart, end-to-end solution designed to optimize the operation and efficiency of parking facilities. And APLM is my first big project for Bosch. Let me show my role and tasks during this project.
In this side project of APLM, I served as a UI Designer. For the mobile app my task was limited to create a design concept that is aligned with the APLM project. My responsibilities spanned the entire engineering lifecycle, including: gathering user requirements, ideating potential solutions, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and finally collecting user feedback.
It was a passion to design a mobile app for APLM. I learned many things about designing for mobile devices and about the difference to designing for responsive web applications. I could also improve my design skills and extend the APLM product design system for mobile use cases.
For details about my tasks and used methods have a look at the project details.
